Our Story

Proofing my background

Mama T is more than a name. She was a real person; that was caring, loving, generous, and kind.  I was not her daughter by blood but she always made me feel like I was. She brought me into her home with open arms and we both never looked back.

Most of the recipes are Mama T's coming down through generations. I was lucky enough to be part of this amazing family. So I now have the honor of sharing ithem with you.

Baking with all my heart

I was always told when you do something put your all in to it and then some. Therefore, I make everything fresh and just for you, Nothing frozen and nothing mass produced. Everything is made to order. . Another benefit to this is if you don't see something you like just ask I may be able to do it. 


About Us

Our Story

The recipes started generations ago but it was Linda's (the original Mama T) love for family that brought them to life. When I came in most of the recipes were there and they just needing sprucing up.


I'm Mrs. T; I was introduced this fantastic family when I was in culinary school. I also worked in verious jobs, but none where as great as the special events manager position. It was this position that most prepared me to operate on my own.
 

When it came time to make the holiday baked goods everyone ran to Mama T. As she slowly got sicker, I did most of the baking, teaching the boys as we made memories in the kitchen together as she did with her kids. I may be Mrs. T but she will always be Mama T and everything I bake and the legacy I hope to create for our family is in her honor.
