When I think about why we started Mama T's Treats, I always come back to one person my mother-in-law Linda Tricarico, the original Mama T. She believed there was nothing more important than family. She taught me that love isn't shown through grand gestures, but through the little things: taking the time to do something right, making people feel welcome, and letting them know they matter. Those lessons didn't end with her. They became the foundation of our bakery.

Before opening Mama T's Treats, I spent many years working in the hospitality industry. People often say, "The customer is always right," but I learned something that meant even more to me. Every person who contacts us deserves to be treated like they're the most important person we'll see that day. Whether you're ordering a dozen cookies, picking up a birthday cake, or a special treat, you deserve kindness, respect, and our full attention.
